THE PROGRAM

Mission Statement

​

Our mission is to LOVE back to life, set-free, restore, and equip women in the sex industry, victims of sex trafficking, depression and chemical addictions, to live healthy, hopeful, and Christ centered lives. We are a 501c3 charitable non-profit residential program that longs to provide a safe, secure environment in which female victims will receive physical, emotional, and spiritual healing, and learn the skills necessary for self-reliance and reintegration to society.

 

Vision Statement

 

To Lead and Empower Women with the Love and the Grace of God; so each resident lives out their true IDENTITY in Jesus Christ with understanding of: boundaries, respect, kindness, consistency, servant hood, and confidence.

What To Expect

​

9 to 12  months of deep inner heart healing and trauma based therapy; including a unique blend of equine facilitated experiential learning.

  • Assist in obtaining there GED (after 6 months)

  • Go to recovery meetings (after 6 months)

  • Learn money management skills

​

While being in a stable environment for on average of 12 months you can safely begin the journey back into a joyful life. This is a structured environment where you will start to rebuild safe relationships, learn how to respect others including yourself, and what true kindness really is.

This will include but not limited to the following routinely:

  • Programming

  • Trauma informed counseling 

  • Recovery work

  • Equine facilitated experiential learning

  • Life skills

  • Group Interaction

  • Mental/Physical Exercise

  • Communication skills

  • Anger Management

  • Routine drug screening

 

You will maintain a daily schedule and begin the process of learning to live life on lives terms.

 

Our program, counseling, and equine learning are designed to bring healing into these areas of trauma: ​

  • addiction

  • sexual addiction

  • depression

  • suicidal thoughts

  • spirituality 

  • anger

  • abandonment

  • abuse (mental/physical/emotional)

  • releasing entitlement

  • healthy relationships

  • alertness

  • goal setting

  • mutual respect

  • assist obtaining there GED (after 6 months)

  • Learn money management skills

  • learning your identity

  • and many more

OUR UBL HOMES RESIDENTS WILL MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Residents must be ages 18 and over.

  • UBL Home is unable to accommodate children at this time.
     

  • This is a mentor-based program that will require structured participation.
     

  • All residents will be expected to be in their rooms at 9:30 pm and to observe lights-out at 10 pm.

  • No Cell Phones until privileges earned (once earned cannot be shared with other residents)

  • Residents may not use alcohol, drugs and may not have sexual relationships, or be in ANY type of relationship during entire program. (not abiding by ANY of these will be immediate dismissal from the program).
     

  • If resident is able to pay program fee they are allowed to smoke in permitted area’s only.
     

  • Residents must comply with periodic room searches and drug & alcohol testing.                  

  • Applicants with mental illness will be considered on a case-by-case basis, based on program and staffing capability.
     

  • Following the application process will be pre-interviews to determine whether the program will be a fit for the potential resident. Additional details will be reviewed at that time.
