STAGE ONE // INNER HEALING

Mission Statement:

 

The Mission of the Hosea House is to provide a Safe Healing Place for women coming out of Human Trafficking, Sex Industry, Exploitation and Substance Abuse; to overcome the trauma, addiction and depression with the Agape Love of Jesus Christ.

 

Vision Statement:

 

To Lead and Empower the Women of the Hosea House with Love and Grace of God so each resident may live out their true IDENTITY in Jesus Christ.

Hosea House:

12 months on average for our residents to receive a stable environment to begin the journey of the life that they were created to live. It is a structured environment where they will start to rebuild safe relationships, do daily programming, counseling, recovery work and start to learn to do independent work.

 

They will maintain a daily schedule and begin the process of learning to live life on lives terms. Our program and counseling are designed to bring healing into the areas of trauma, addiction, healthy boundary setting, sexual addiction, depression, suicidal thoughts, spiritually and learning their identity.


 


STAGE TWO // APPLICATION OF INNER HEALING + EMPLOYMENT

The Mission of the Alabaster House is to provide and maintain a safe, peaceful, and supportive home promoting God’s truth for all who reside, so each may live out a redeemed life.

 

 

Vision:

 

To instruct, lead, and empower the women of Alabaster House with the grace of God so each resident may live out their true identity in Jesus Christ.

Alabaster House
12-18 months on average for our residents to continue development in a structured environment, do part-time program, work part-time/full time, school, obtain there GED, go to recovery meetings, learn money management, and obtain a place of their own.

OUR UBL HOMES RESIDENTS WILL MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • We will accept residents into our Restorative Development Program from our partnered first-stage (safe house) programs with the goal of facilitating freedom, restoration and personal development for our residents.
     

  • Residents must be ages 18 and over.
     

  • UBL Home is unable to accommodate children at this time.
     

  • This is a mentor-based program that will require structured participation.
     

  • All residents will be expected to be in their rooms at 10:30 pm and to observe lights-out at 11 pm.
     

  • Residents with cars will be unable to drive for the first stage of our program. At that point, car privileges may be earned and used for work or school. At no time will a resident be allowed to have other residents in her car.
     

  • No Cell Phones for the First Stage/No exceptions, Second Stage there are guidelines to use of Cell Phones.
     

  • Residents may not use alcohol, drugs and may not have sexual relationships, or be in ANY type of relationship during entire program. (not abiding by ANY of these will be immediate dismissal from program).
     

  • Residents are allowed to smoke in permitted area’s only.
     

  • Residents must comply with periodic room searches and drug & alcohol testing.                  

  • Applicants with mental illness will be considered on a case-by-case basis, based on program and staffing capability.
     

  • Following the application process will be a pre-interview to determine whether the program will be a fit for the potential resident. Additional details will be reviewed at that time.
